SIGTARP Shines the Light of Day on the Cost of Bailouts

The Special Investigator General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program, known as SIGTARP, reported to Congress last week that the total cost of the combined TARP bailouts could reach as high as $23.7 Trillion!
